Budget 2024 : Rs 1.52 lacs crore will be spent on schemes related to agricultural farming.
Update Budget 2024: Nirmala Sitharaman presented the first budget of the third term of the Modi Govt. in Lok Sabha on 23 July 2024. In this budget a big announcement has been made for the farmers. it has been announced to spend 1.52 lacs crore for schemes or work related to Agriculture. The finance minister had kept a Budget of Rs 1.47 lacs crore for Agriculture, in the earlier interim budget.
Finance minister : Nirmala sitharaman announced to increase the budget for the agriculture sector.
Along with this she said that in the next two years, one crore farmers will be helped in Natural Farming.
