Process of selection .
UPP Constable Recruitment process consists of many stages for the selection of eligible candidates. The steps are following.
1. Written Exam : The first stage is a written exam which tests the knowledge and aptitude of the candidate.
2. Physical Criteria Test (PMT): Candidates who qualified in the written test will be subjected to the PMT , in which their physical measurement will be recorded to evaluate.
3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): This test for the physical fitness and stamina of the
candidates through several physical activities.
4. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test will be called for document verification . The accuracy and validation of all giving information and certificates is ensured at this stage.
5. Medical Examination: Health and fitness of the candidates will be checked.
A detailed medical examination to check for organized.
6. Merit List will be final stage : Based on performances in all stages
A final merit list will be prepare and candidates selected for constable post. Exam pattern.
Subjects: General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Aptitude, and Mental Aptitude/IQ/ Reasoning.
• Total marks: 300
• Number of questions: 150

Marking Scheme: Each question carries 2 marks. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

• Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes)
